Dylan Thomas is a manufacturing consultant who works with component manufacturers to help them with continuous improvement projects, interim management, and production analysis. Dylan consults for 4ward Consulting and is the Operations Manager for Dynamic Capacity Group. Prior to consulting, Dylan was the Operations Manager for one of the 84 Lumber manufacturing locations and worked into an Operations Analyst position for the division which included P&L analysis/reviews along with supporting the Divisional Manager.
