Parting Shots: Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

Skandia Truss in Skandia, Michigan (also known as Snow Country because its annual snowfall averages over 167 inches), focuses on quality trusses and customer satisfaction using exclusively MSR lumber, dry storage, and the motto, “Think Snow Load.” 

An example of their work is a recent job that required 60-foot wood roof trusses, each weighing between 460-650 pounds, for a 60- by 100-foot building. “Every day, we put out the best product we can and we take great pride in our work,” says Skandia Truss owner Gary Niemela.
