Kenny Cloyd, founder of Cal Truss (which merged and became California TrusFrame (CTF)) and a fierce advocate for component innovation, passed away on June 26 after a battle with cancer.

We are sad to report the component manufacturing industry lost two of its early pioneers this week, Kenny Cloyd (1953-2018) and Sherman Nelson (1934-2018).
