Week 6 Survey Results: How COVID-19 Is Impacting CMs

Since March 18, SBC Magazine has conducted a weekly online survey of component manufacturers (CMs), intent on tracking the impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus on the industry. Below are four charts that illustrate the survey responses for the first five weeks. We will continue to conduct this survey each week on Tuesdays in SBC Industry News and publishing the aggregate results on the following week. Thank you to all who have taken the time to participate and contributed to this data.

Note: To provide perspective on the value of the survey results, the number of participants follow: 3/18 survey had 92 responses from 43 states; 3/25 had 94 responses from 44 states, 4/1 had 86 responses from 41 states; 4/8 had 78 responses from 39 states; 4/15 had 60 responses from 35 states; 4/22 had 56 responses from 34 states.
