All-Fab Adds Two Truss Operations to Brand

The All-Fab Group of Winnipeg, Manitoba has acquired Pacific Homes and Pacific Truss of Cobble Hill, British Columbia as well as an associated company, Truline Truss in Creston, British Columbia.

The All-Fab Group currently manages nine operations under the All-Fab, Nu-Fab and Olympic brands. The All-Fab Group is the largest independent Building Solutions provider across Western Canada. PFM Capital Inc. of Regina, Saskatchewan is the principal shareholder of the All-Fab Group.

Pacific Homes manufactures high performance custom homes for Customers in Canada, USA and select International markets. Pacific Truss and its affiliate company, Truline Truss, provide roof and floor systems and panelized wall systems to the residential, commercial and agricultural building markets within British Columbia and Alberta. The Pacific and All-Fab teams share common values of progressive innovation, technical expertise, superior quality and service excellence.
