Boise Cascade Company (Boise Cascade) (NYSE: BCC) today announced the completion of the acquisition of American Lumber Distributors headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
“We’re very pleased to welcome 50 new associates to our nationwide Building Materials Distribution (BMD) Team,” said Nick Stokes, executive vice president. “It has been a pleasure getting to know everyone through this transition, and we look forward to serving our customers together with our expanded capacity.”
The facility is officially the BMD-Birmingham branch.
