4Ward Consulting Group of Stanwood, WA is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Horn to our consulting team. Having hands on management of multiple operations, Brian has a broad industry background in lean management and operations management. Brian's experience also includes working side by side with Ritsuo Shingo, Former President of Toyota China, to plan and implement process improvements. Ritsuo Shingo is considered one of the world's leading experts on manufacturing practices and the Toyota Production System.
