Industry Reunion Promises Fun & Valuable Problem Solving
Are you having any issues in your component manufacturing plant? How about your market? If so, join us in San Diego for SBCA’s first Open Quarterly Meeting of 2019.
Our quarterly reunions are designed to have CMs from around the country come together to discuss industry issues, and find ways to solve them. Diverse perspectives, forthright conversations and collaboration are fundamental principles of the meetings. Attendees will walk away with greater knowledge regarding industry issues, potential solutions and best practices. Beyond this, we can guarantee a handful of new industry contacts willing to help you in any way they can will be made.
CMs from around California are invited to attend the California Chapter Meeting on Tuesday, February 26th from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. to discuss new and innovative ways to bolster the industry in California. Following the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity hear from Joe Hikel --co-founder, president and CEO of Shelter Systems -- who brings a unique perspective regarding manufacturing operations costing and associated best practices. Hikel’s presentation on the topic continues to grow in popularity as many CMs are looking for new points of view with respect to capturing actual costs of their in-plant operations accurately.
Additionally, SBCA Committees will be in full force on Wednesday, February 27th, discussing what is transpiring within the association relative to membership, marketing, quality control, information technology, leadership that is emerging, and much more. The full SBCA Board will meet on Thursday, February 28th, to receive an update, discuss, and vote, on various items.
