Thanks to a strengthening job market and lower mortgage rates, single-family home builders are becoming steadily more confident about their market opportunities. In February, the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) rose four points to 62 (anything above 50 signifies builders have a positive outlook on the future).
