Register to exhibit at BCMC 2016 in Knoxville, Tennessee October 18 – 21, 2016. To pay the lowest possible booth rates, contract for space before 5/1. You have two options for signing up for space: 1) register online, or download an Exhibit Space Application & Contract, complete it, and fax it or email it to pmeskan@qualtim.com. Booths up to 300 sq. ft. will receive a booth package that includes 2 chairs, table, waste basket, pipe/drape, color carpet and ID sign.
If you are a new exhibitor or haven’t exhibited in the last 5 years, you qualify for the first timer rate. First time exhibitor rates are available to companies that have not exhibited in the past five years. Pay $1200 for the first 100 square feet reserved, with additional square footage discounted 20% off the appropriate pricing schedule.
