BCMC Build 2015 is in progress!  Framing on the Belman Homes house, which was stick-framed, is nearing completion. The windows and doors will be installed this week, and flat work in the garage and basement will be done over the next few days.

Both lots these homes are being built on have presented a challenge to the excavators. The soil conditions have required modified foundation work for both homes, and it has actually delayed the start of the Tim O’Brien Homes house, which will be framed using components.

The Wroblewski’s are eagerly awaiting the start of construction on their home.  Stay tuned for more information soon, when framing is set to begin on the O’Brien house.  If you want to keep up on the progress of both homes on your own, you can always check out the live jobsite cameras.
