It's not just plates, lumber and labor! When you build up costing for a job, how do you cover all of your expenses? Are you covering the costs of your miscellaneous materials? How do you handle it when something changes and you need to make adjustments?
On Tuesday, October 7, SBCA is offering an interactive workshop just for component manufacturers: “Covering Your Costs for Maximum Profitability.” Rick Parrino of Plum Building Systems and Keith Hershey of SBCA staff will moderate this pre-BCMC seminar that runs from 10 am – 12:30 pm. The group will work backwards from a mock P&L and other budgeting spreadsheets to learn strategies to account for all labor categories and cost centers, as well as improve your costing process to surpass industry averages.
The cost for this valuable learning opportunity is $50 for SBCA members and $100 for non-members. A working lunch is included with registration. Space is limited, so register today for BCMC and this special event!
While this is a CM-only event, sponsorships are available. Supplier companies may sponsor this workshop for $250, which allows one representative from the sponsoring company to attend the workshop.
