The sessions will be full of great ideas on how to manage your employees, how to turn your business around, ways to get the best from your employees and general sales/management type coaching (to name only a few). We believe we have hired speakers who will awaken your senses, invigorate you and get you pumped up to come home and deploy all that you learned at the session, in your operation back home. This year, we are offering two speakers fitting the bill, Don Hutson and Bruce Wilkinson. Between the two, they will be offering four sessions at BCMC that will give you all of these things are more!
